The approval of the law on transferability of tax credit for the digitalization of movie theatres was inserted in the “Development” decree approved by the Council of Ministers. It was announced by Mariella Troccoli, head of the Directorate General of MiBac film, during the Giornate Professionali Estive “Ciné”(Professional Summer Days – Ciné) in Riccione.
This measure, which allows the sale of tax credits to companies which supply technology or banks, facilitates the digitalization of cinema such that even the small businesses will have the possibility to benefit.
