Exhibitors’ concessions and retail offers add significant value to the cinema-going experience. They also contribute much needed returns for cinemas and help to keep prices for tickets at moderate levels. 

To better understand latest trends in retail and to examine how exhibitors can upgrade and innovate their offer UNIC has launched the European Retail Group. The group brings together retail and concessions managers from leading cinema operators across Europe. It conducts research, shares best practices and initiates life-experiments to make retail in cinemas more imaginative and consumer-friendly. Results will feed into the concessions seminars and workshops at CineEurope, UNIC’s annual convention, and will be published on this website.
