Manice is a website providing straightforward explanations on digital cinema techniques, practices and economics. First launched in France in 2006, Manice has become a useful tool for French cinema professionals (exhibitors, distributors, etc). An English version is available since June 2012, with about 50 articles including a glossary of d-cinema terms and an overview of the main issues of the business. Additional articles will be published regularly and it is possible to freely subscribe to the Manice newsletter.
The articles to be published in July and August will explain how digital cinema projectors and servers work and how best to use them. What will come next? You can tell Manice what topics you want to see covered by answering this questionnaire made in association with Europa cinemas and UNIC. The feedback will enable the Manice team to determine which subjects related to d-cinema technology or economics need to be addressed on Manice in the months to come. Your participation will help to make the site as relevant as possible.
Visit the English or French version of Manice and discover everything about digital cinema.
